Orders are dispatched every Monday and Friday, and they take 3-7 days to deliver.
Orders placed on holidays or the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
We have jewellery made from stainless steel, alloy, zircon and gold plating. Since it is not pure gold, we do not recommend direct or regular contact with perfume or water.
An item purchased cannot be returned or refunded unless the piece is damaged or discoloured.
We do have an exchange policy if the piece is not what you wanted or according to your preference. Claim of exchange can only be 24 hours of receiving.
Since our pieces are entirely luxury pieces and not made of solid gold. We do not recommend 24/7 usage of regular wear especially in summer when humidity is at its peak.
You can maintain our pieces by keeping them in an airtight pouch and a dry place to help pro long their life line.
